Why you should use a Clay Bar

Earlier this year was probably the first time i had clayed my car and this is what really put me in to a detailing world. I was in my local halfords and spoted a Meguiars Smooth Clay Kit. ok it was £14 but you got two peices of clay, Mircofibre and a small bottle of Clay Lube.
After Claying my entire car the paintwork was almost glass like to touch with no roughness. the entire process probably took me around 1hr too complete i did take a bit more time doing it, as it was my first time attempting to clay a car.
I have just been browsing you tube on my lunch and found this great video from Meguiars them selfs. if this doesnt convince you that you need to clay your car nothing will.

Ok, so some of this video does seem to be bit of a sales pitch on Meguiars side like using there car polish and car wax, but i did find it really useful for pointers on using the Meguiars G220 before i started polishing my first car with it.
