Collinite 476 Super Doublecoat Auto Wax is the first wax I ever used and might be the last wax i ever use.
Ok the tin looks like its fresh from 1970 and the back of the garage but you should really just invest in a tin which will cost you around £14 from various suppliers on the internet.
This is the main wax that i use and it gives outstanding results on all cars, the best combination i have found is on silver cars that are polished with Auto Glym Super Resin Polish and have a layer of 476 applied on top.
Only work on a panel at a time when your waxing your car with Collinite 476 as if it bakes on to a panel it can be a bit stubborn to buff off and make sure you apply it thinly. One way i have found to make sure its cured enough on a panel is the swipe test where you wipe your finger over the wax and if it removes without leaving and traces then it’s ready to be buffed off.

Do not apply Collinite in direct sun light or on hot panels as this increases the time in which the wax will cure but will also reduce the time the wax has to bond to the panel.
Collinite will layer very well, in laymans terms you can put more than one layer on top of each other. I’d only layer two coats on top of each other if the first is on top of freshly polished paintwork i doubt you would noticed much difference in applying more than 3 coats in one session. And with 2 coats you’re going to get nice even coverage.
